Pro 3000
The Pro 3000 is a system of vocational assessment designed by the Valpar International Corporation.
It is used to determine a person's vocational strong points. This information is then used to help pinpoint a search area for Vocational Counsellors to concentrate on. The results can also suggest educational avenues to pursue and / or suggest upgrading to further enhance employability or increase success in the academic setting.
Job Finding Club
The Job Finding Club is essentially a group-support, group-job hunting technique intended for job ready clients. Group work is interspersed with one-on-one facilitators. The program stresses assertiveness, marketability of desirable personal characteristics and current skills, interview skill enhancement and job retention skills.
